Meadow pipit (Anthus pratensis)

That small bird clearly enjoyed bathing in the clear rain-water that filled the numerous pot-holesin the road.I was driving my car when I noticed it and stopped to watch it for quite a while.

For some reason, I just don't expect to see a Pipit by the waters. This is a beautiful image Joelle.
