Metallic Starling
These is an immatures by its streaked white underparts. Adults are shiny black all over. Both have blazing red eyes as seen here. They breed colonially and were fairly common on most of the Maluku islands we visited. The similar Singing Starling (Aplonis cantoroides) has a much shorter tail and thicker bill.

I saw like a thousand of them in mangrove forest near Sofifi, North Maluku. I would say, with their red eyes they're resembling group of bandits when in crowd perching :D
