Mississippi Kite (juvenile)
Mississippi Kite (Ictinia mississippiensis) Juvenile. Seems to have a double tail (lol).
Habitat
Open Park setting at the edge of a remnant gallery woods at ca. 91 m (300 ft) elevation.
Location
Camelot Park, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, USA.

Great shot showing lovely detail of the underside feathering. I guess the double tail might be down to having grown some adult plumage before totally discarding the juvenile stuff?
