Mixed Thoughts
The Great Tit was still around a few days later, in the snow this time!!

Why "Mixed Thoughts"? Well I was delighted to see him still there, amazed to get a wee bird in flight too flying up to join him. But not so pleased with the how I handled the exposure. I have lightened the shot a little but...

Oh well.

I'm trying to catch up a bit with my pictures, as I go on holiday in a week!!! This is February's folder and it'll be nearly June when I get home.

And we're close to 90 today.

You should be very happy with this double capture D. I love the stop-action on the one on the right.

Lovely capture Delia! I hope you are off to somewhere warm!
Many thanks for the tip on the Flycatcher! I actually went to try and get a shot of the Semi-collared I saw there the other day, so fingers crossed!

Don't know if you care Delia, but the bird on the right is a Coal tit. You can just see the white nape, and the black does not extend along below the white cheek patch.
Regards, Mick
