A lovely capture of this handsome creature.
 
That's an angry look,you'd better step aside when they look like this.Great feel to this image.
Actually I was lying on my rowing boat as I took this picture; the wind was blowing crosswise between us and I managed to float even closer than this. Occasionally the moose lifted it's ears (must have heard the camera shutter allthough my camera was on silent shutter mode) and looked straight at me but as it didn't smell me and didn't recognize obvious human shape, it just started to graze the plants again. But I must admit that I wasn't totally comfortable to be just this close anyway...
