Mum and the boys (Varigated Fairy Wren) (Malurus lamberti (race Lamberti))

I find it hard to get a shot of these birds as their a little shy and quite small (also the blue on the heads blows out in photos). This was on a sunny morning after a very wet night and I came across this female preening up with three young sons (fledglings) just starting to color up. I love the effection these birds display.
