My local wren.
I was determined to get a decent photo of my resident wren. The problem was that it spent most of its time under the hedge and bushes, rarely venturing out into the garden and never visiting the perch. I set a perch up very close to the wooden fence it sometimes sat on and eventually he hopped onto the perch for just a few seconds. Mission accomplished.
