Nocturnal Paper Wasp
Nocturnal Paper Wasp (Apoica pallens: Vespidae) This nocturnal wasp is ca. 2 cm (0.75 in) long and was photographed at night lights at our eco-lodge adjacent to Ro Guayabo, El Valle de Antn, Cocl Province, Panama. Secondary humid forest at ca. 650 m (2,133 ft) elevation.
Habitat
Ro Guayabo riparian, secondary humid forest at ca. 622 m (2,042 ft) elevation.

El Valle de Antn, Cocl Province, Panama.
