Noisy (Corvus frugilegus)

A bit of Saturday Fun: This Rook was being quite raucous. Calling to some friends across the cemetery, perhaps asking where they'd gone off to as there were still plenty of cones on the ground with leftovers from the Nutcrackers. There was even a Spotted Nutcracker still working on some, but he didn't let me get a good shot.

:-O

He really does look like he's giving it his all, doesn't it.

A great picture this Ann and taken in a place that means quite a lot to me, as you will know.

Thanks lass.

This a species we've never had near our feeders, Doc! The nearest rookery I know of is in Uppsala. And we've certainly not had any nutcrackers.
