Northern Gannet
Had to travel all the way to the Norwegian Sea to find these guys although they sometime can be found in my back yard in winter. A few flew in close enough to the bow of the ship to get some good shots. Lots of gulls and not much of anything else except some Fulmars and some shags. Cruise was excellent except for the fog in Northern Norway. Nothing like being pampered with 5 restaurants and 5 bars! lol!

Lol, they would have to carry me off in a wheel barrel with 5 restaurants and 5 bars. Great aerial close-up of this beauty Bob! TFS!

WOWSER Bob!!! What a terrific picture to get of this Gannet! One of my favourite species too.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the cruise and hope you didn't put on too much weight ;)
