Northern Parula with a snack (Setophaga americana)

He was backlit and in shadow so he was nothing more than a silhouette in the original photo. I tried to lighten him up, he's pretty grainy but now at least you can tell what he is. His captured fly made for a fun pic though.

I have tried spot metering mode for light metering in similar back light condition and birds were lighter ... You have done it very well Bill , very beautiful bird and that captured fly has added to the beauties of this superb closeup , many TFS MF
