OK I'm really.... (Ardea cinerea)

..... showing off now!! Got two in flight in the same shot LOL!!

Actually it's not that common to see two Herons at Kinnordy and if there are more they're usually well separated.

This was quite a distant shot, so well cropped. Made a mess of the setting again too, so had to lighten in post processing.

Delia my friend what are you like but its still a fine capture tfs (we fine just normal blood test today all went well)
 
A wonderful capture of both herons and their habitat, Delia! You are getting good with that camera, my friend.
 
A lovely Hanser double Delia...I've no idea what you're likely to come up with next lass.
 
Lovely setting & double take, Delia!! tfs. The settings can't be changed that fast when birds start flying suddenly unless you anticipate them to take off or are already flying & circling. So not much we can or at least I can do.
