On parade
While driving along Maligne Road between Jasper and the Maligne Lake, I saw these Big Horn sheep milling around in a bunch on the berm. The nearest place to safely pull off the road was about 50 yards further on. By the time I did so, they had arrayed themselves as shown and were headed for me.

I had time for only this shot before they once again became just a group of sheep trying to find their next meal under the snow.

This camera was my first, early foray into shooting digital. We've come a long way with camera and lens quality since then.
