Orange-bodied Altinote (Altinote alcione) Wingspan 4.2-5.2 cm (1.7-2.0 in). Cabaas Yankuam, Zamora-Chinchipe Province, Ecuador. Landscaped lodge grounds mixed with montane rainforest along the foothills of Cordillera del Condor and adjacent to Ro Nangaritza at 861 m (2,817 ft) elevation.

This is one beautiful butterfly Stanley, fabulous colours. Have not taken one yet this year although I have seen a couple. It is very cold again here here in the NW England so guess I will have to wait and enjoy your splendid pics.
