Osprey
It was getting towards the end of the Osprey season at Kinnordy, and you have to make the most of the opportunities before they leave.

This one actually had a successful dive, but I messed up the two images when he flew off with his prize.

He was quite distant across the far side of the loch, which is why I've got the hill in the picture... but I like the setting.

Thank you for your comments about lifers, I have probably lost count too. It has been a dream two months of birding time for me in Oct & Nov. Best part, there is still more to come. Unfortunately there is far too much fog in the morning these days till about 0930, so photographing is a tough ask. I am probably missing out on more opportunities of capturing migraters.

Where do these two dark spots in the bg come from?
