Out in the meadow (Sturnella magna)

I hear this song "seeoo seyeer" it's so pretty, and when I need to find were it went I listen for a call "dzeert" This one only let me get so close. I spent a good amount of time that afternoon walking back, and forth between like 4 different trees. This cropped image is actual size.

This bird became a "lifer" for me last summer when I spotted one through binoculars on a distant tree, but I've never seen one up close. Superbly detailed and excellent image ... a special treat, reminding us that warmer days are ahead! Thanks so much for sharing, Brian!
