That shading to yellow is sooo beautiful!
Saw my FOS waxwing yesterday, checking out the garden from up on the neighbors' birch, but s/he took off as soon as I picked up my camera. Hopefully I'll get some shots of this year's crabapple raiders - waxwings or fieldfares, whichever flock gets to them first - before I take off for the Four Corners in just over a week (conference in Denver, then birding Bosque del Apache).
 
Fabulous birds KC and a gorgeous shot... we are still waiting for ours to arrive.
