I've yet to see these guys. At the moment they're hogging cities which I don't get to.

Thanks to everyone for the brilliant comments - am told there are now about 100 of these in the Sandwell Valley.
 
Lovely picture Glenn, they are high on my wanted list. Apparently the most northerly colony of these birds is in Victoria Park, Glasgow. I've been several times to try and find them (I live not far from there so it doesn't really count as twitching;)) but so far no joy. Maybe tomorrow, I'm hoping to meet my Son, DiL and grand kids there for a walk. I'll be taking my binocular and a camera.
