Lovely to see a rare one like this Keith. My 450D is a tad noisy at 800 compared to my 40D, wouldn't mind that lens though
 
Congratulations for photographing this rarity! I wish I was able to travel to Melbourne to see this rarity. The Australian race is potentially a distinct species from the Asian - African ones because of shorter bill and longer wing. Is there only one male?
