Palm warbler
Normally plain looking and common warblers down here, they do become quite fetching when they get their yellow colors and rusty caps for breeding. They normally winter in our area in non-breeding form, but sometimes we get lucky when they first arrive or are just ready to leave, and have some of their colors turned on
