Penduline Tit Remiz pendulinus digiscoped at El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona, 2nd March 2009. By the Carrefour Hypermarket on the autovia that goes past the airport, in the far corner of the massive car park, is a small reedbed overlooked by a single hide, sadly probably used more as a public toilet by the locals than for birding! Apparently a site for breeding Little Bittern, but we didn't see any of those, but did see paired off Little Grebe, Common Kingfisher, Little Egret, Robin, Serin, Blackbird, Great Tit, feral parakeets, and up to a dozen of these beauties. The video is better than the photos - look out for it when it's posted!
