Peregrine Falcon
We are privileged to have a pair of Peregrines nesting a few kilometres from the house, so we visit each year in the spring. This is probably the female, although they are known to share parenting roles.

Carl, The Peregrine occurs world-wide with 17 subspecies. The Australian one is Macropus.
