Peregrinelet 'waving' at passerbys (Falco peregrinus)

This was taken a day before this particular peregrinelet crash-landed. Hoping it will be returned to its natural habitat as soon as possible- it seems ready to fly, and it has been six weeks since it hatched, I believe. They are supposed to totally leave their nest after nine weeks.
