Habitat
Gulf Prairies and Marshes vegetation area. Brazos River and Big Creek flood plain. Open lake with a few small islands, lake swamps and wetlands along its margins at 12 m (39 ft) elevation.
Location
40 Acre Lake, Brazos Bend State Park east of Needville, Fort Bend County, Texas, USA.
