And what a fine, Colgate-white chest it was too. The way these birds fly is something special too - they dart around to catch the flies, but also do a kind of gliding flutter, which looks fantastic.
This is a superb capture and image of one of my favourite migrant woodland species. I have been watching these most evenings this week in woodland local to where I live.
