Plain-throated Antwren
Plain-throated Antwren (Isleria hauxwelli hauxwelli) Male, species conspicuously sexually dimorphic. Not enough light and I did not have my flash so I have to live with poor image quality (lol). It wasnt a very cooperative little bugger either.
Habitat
Tropical lowland rainforest (riverine floodplain forest) at 256 m (840 ft) elevation.
Location
Manu Lodge, Ro Madre de Dios, Madre de Dios Department, Per.

I wouldn't call that poor IQ! A good result in low light. You've captured the character of the bird. Personally, I think there's a lot to be said for photographing birds as we see them, rather than using flash.
