Portrait of a Kingfisher (Ceryle alcyon)

Spent most of the day following this one around,listening for that distinctive call to repeatedly find him. Guess he became quite use to me as he flew right up to me and perched for several minutes for this shot. A first for me all in all a great outing made special by the Kingfisher.
