Every spring, I stick a 10" dowel into the corner of our deck about 7' high, and every spring a male Ruby Throat Hummingbird claims it as his command post for the rest of the summer. About 15 years now.

Brilliant, I can image there is a lot of territorial fights over that dowell. Outstanding PP!!!
