Purple-throated Mountain-Gem (Lampornis calolaemus calolaemus) male. Nectaring an Inga tree (Inga sp.: Fabaceae) in the canopy.
Habitat
From a suspension bridge over the canopy, Montane cloud forest at ca. 800 m (2,567 ft) elevation.

a fabulous setting for this attractive hummingbird, Stanley, wonderful colors and details and perfect timing, love it, many tfs!!
 
Always prefer to capture hummers feeding on natural rather than plastic flowers as you have done here. Great bird and lovely natural setting! tfs.
