Python eating antelope

Lucky enough to come across this python having a meal in Samburu, Kenya. The snake has its mouth around the head. You can see the python's eye just upper left of the left coil. I seem to recall that the next day it was still there with just the rump sticking out.

Absolutely outstanding observation and shot. You were realy lucky! In almost 60 years living and traveling in Africa I saw it only once. Congratulations! Three top posts, many tfs .

I can make out the head of the python over the antelopes head. What a scene to come across. TFS Wiganlad!
