Quite a swell (Mergus merganser)

A female Goosander came into view. I do feel I could have given you a different view, where only the top of her head was visible when she was just about swamped by a large swell... she decided she might as well just dive underwater!

This was just after she popped up again.

Wonderful picture of this beautiful female goosander. I hope fishing was good for her under those conditions she deserved to have a good meal (lol). TFS D!
