"Common"??? (Nyctidromus albicollis)

If this bird is so Common, then why had I never even heard of them before? Well, I guess all things are relative. Perhaps this one is only "common" relative to other Pauraques. The pair of Pauraques was a high point of the day, perhaps even of the whole trip. I've shared another shot of - of its mate - back in September, but saved this shot for the travelogue series.
