Red-breasted Nuthatch (Sitta canadensis)

I'm just starting out in my bird photography hobby, so I frequently get pictures of birds I haven't seen before. We've had a lot of rain and overcast skies lately, so I've had quite the slump in new species. I know many of you from northern and eastern locales see these nuthatches often, but this is a first for me. Beautiful birds with great personality. Best thing is it paid me a visit in my backyard.
