Red-footed falcon (Falco vespertinus)

Hi all,
Wi-fi access is back, but no time to use it. It's 1130pm. We've just finished today's program and have to be at breakfast by 730 to start on tomorrow's. So just some quick posts and a promise to browse when I get home in a few days.
Here's one of today's lifers: Red-footed falcon, taken through the bus's tinted windows. I've tried to restore the red of his "trousers", feet and eye ring, but haven't really succeeded. Does anybody know how to do that? Those tinted windows seem to "steal" away red color |:(| Still, without them, I think I would have been cooked today. It was 36C in the shade out there ... and we weren't in the shade :eek!:

It's great to see you back in the land of the living again Ann!! And oh my... what a return you've made with this new Lifer of yours.... very well done lass.

Not a clue how you can restore the colour though, sorry.

I'm so glad you didn't get cooked!!:eek!:
