Red-headed agama Jensen Beach, Florida (Agama agama)

I shot this a couple of weeks ago at Jensen Beach. This little guy was hanging out on the railing surrounding the deck of the Beach Cafe. From what I understand they have been introduced to Southern Florida as part of the reptile trade. They are established.

Thank you KC. I don't mean to sound like a newbie but all of the different wildlife and reptiles and birds is new to me. I grew up in St. Louis and lived in Virginia, Nebraska, Nevada, and PA. I have seen more and different creatures in the month that we have been in Florida than I have during my 58 years. And my wife laughs at me every time I see something new.
