Red Headed Woodpecker
I have some pictures of this beautiful just brilliant looking Woodpecker from back in 2017. I posted one when I first started and here's my second. I wish he was here like KC enjoys at Mrytle Beach. This was the only year I have ever seen one in the wild. He must be rare. KC I asked you before and it isn't possible that you may know but do you have more than one? When I first saw him I knew he was special. I took pictures of this bird til my neck and back ached for laughing out loud.

The first one I posted his hair is ruffled. Maybe it's either a juvenile bird or he was a little agitated in the first photo.

He's beautiful Daniel.... you had such lovely light on him to make him really gleam, didn't you.

A super job this my friend. Excellent work.

Delia, you are wonderful for commenting but Delia you don't sleep enough. I know there is a six-hour difference isn't there in the UK?

Oh what a stunning shot showing off his colours so well, Daniel.
