I thank everyone for their concern about our well being during the winter crises in Texas. Outside of being worried and on edge everyday and night we have so far remained with power and potable water. We ventured out yesterday to pick up a few necessities from the grocery store which was the first time in 6 days that we had been out. It seems as if the large cities (except El Paso) has been the hardest hit. Your concerns are much appreciated!

Post Oak Savanna vegetation area, Brazos River Valley, agriculture fields at 77 m (253 ft) elevation.
