Picture taken in the afternoon of 3r February 2009 in North Dorset UK. Look like a Redwing and have posted a query about it today. Never seen it before, ate seed provided by us, no berries in that part of the garden. Had a fight started by a blackbird. Put an apple but the snow covered the food again.
