By the way... it is just me or this looks more like a female Whitethroat? :h?: I may be wrong anyway...
 
Great shot, very sharp with a nice setting. I think marian could be right - the chestnut brown on the back, grey-ish tones on the front and white throat patch are swaying me towards whitethroat.

Yes you could be right in thinking it's a Whitethroat Marian, I am not 100% sure myself.
