Ring-billed gull (Larus delawarensis)

A shot from Gillette Castle on the CT river. I was hunting bald eagles the other day (only caught a few juvies in the [i]far[/i] distance), but happened upon this immature RIng-billed while hanging out. I believe this is a 3nd winter juvenile...?

o:) Great to see a picture so beautiful of this guy in the air, Jason!!! :t: :t: :t: We had a couple of adults of these last month in my area... believe it or not, they were quite an attraction! ;)
