Ring-Billed Gull (Larus delawarensis)

Taken at the Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline at about 5m.

The weather gave some really odd lighting conditions, but this gull was amazingly tolerant of people getting close.

He looks all stompy and mean, doesn't he?
