This lovely little guy was not too bothered about me being pretty close to him. I didn't see him at first as he was well camouflaged against the sand. Isle of Bute Scalpsie Bay on Saturday Morning.

What a cracker of a picture you've taken of him too - he looks great in that sandy waste LOL.

I've never been to the Isle of Bute... must address that sometime.

I gathered you managed to get back up (lol). I am not sure I would have! Great eye-level view of this handsome little wader. Exceptional David!
