Riparian Autumn
I've been trying to get this picture all week, most days it's been wet and dark; this afternoon was lovely.

So had my little walk along the river side in beautiful sunshine.

I've been taking a picture in the last week of October since 2011 to try and see if there's much difference over the years. Aren't the colours glorious today.

Previous years, if you want to compare them are here

... but this picture is with my new camera of course!!!

Back in July there was quite a lot of flooding in the area and there's some damage to the path, even though it's high above the water level.

Beautiful D. It is impressive that you have pictures dating back to 2011. They all have a few things in common besides all being beautiful. TFS and comparing five years of time. Excellent!!!!!

A wonderful Autumn picture Delia. I too have been taking hundreds of Autumn pictures and after editing them, post them on my Facebook. My camera is the Fuji Finepix S1, to me the best camera on the market, it is dust proof and damp proof so I am able to take pictures in the rain where others cannot.
