Robin and Snow

Robin and Snow (Erithacus rubecula)

There is something iconic about Robins and snow, pehaps it is because it is that time of the year. They seem to go together like gin and tonic, whisky and ginger. With their redbreast they are like beacons in the snow bringing cheer.
