Rock and Roll Duck (Netta rufina)

On a recent trip to the South East of England I photographed this passage migrant. My wife refers to it as the Rolk & Roll Duck... because of it spikey red hair.. I think of it as being a gent's hairbrush with wings. Of course the water on its nose might indicate that it had a cold !!
