Hi Mali,

Yes, this is a Rock Pipit of the Western European form petrosus. Key points are the generally darker appearance with dark bill and legs and a dark eyestripe. Typical winter habitat for this species.

Well it's a Pipit and the photo rocks so it's good enough for me. A nice image Mali.
