rooks for rookery. (corvus frugilegus)

get alot of these guys in my small garden and gentle giants they are and i love to see them and hope i see more of them to observe their interactions.very wary and intelligent these guys are.for dick know you love these too.

Same as for Carann here: Lots of rooks around the neighborhood, but the nearest they've been to my garden (as far as I know) is the park around the church just a block up the hill. There's continuous park and garden space from there to my garden, but maybe no cone-bearing pine trees, and they do seem to like the pine nuts. I think they bore their way down to some the nutcrackers hid in the lawn earlier in the Fall ;)
