Just to prove that I didn't spend my entire time in France in the garden. I made it to the beach too. More lying on my belly. This time on a little spit of sand that was gradually getting smaller as the tide came in. I was so engrossed in the sanderling that I hadn't noticed just how far the tide had come in until I got a little bit wet.
I'm getting a bit worried about you Sean, you do an awful lot of laying on your belly mate, and this time of year too. I hope you have your vest on mate, you'll be catching your death o cold!!! Love this shot, the single Sandy looks great with the others in the backdrop out of focus, great work!!!!!!!
A lovely soft, gentle image Sean. It works brilliantly with the single in-focus bird. Makes a change to see them when they are not scurrying about all over the beach. Very nice indeed.
