Rose-breasted Grosbeak

Rose-breasted Grosbeak (Pheucticus ludovicianus)

I've really enjoyed the spring birds this year while getting the gardens sorted out for the season. I've had a pair of these beauties in the feeders every day along with all the usual finches, sparrows and Blue Jays. I've also had Orioles on the suet feeders which I've never seen before. Such beautiful birds. I'm hoping for a few shots of them before too long.

Another stunning image Deanne, superb detail, colours and B/G, very well done :t:

Beautiful Rosie, Deanne! I saw a male, only once, visiting one of the feeders a few years back. How I hope to get another visit again. Orioles are on my list, too. ;)

What a beautiful photo with that delicate light showing well a reachness of color tones.

Congratulations,
Cristian

What a gorgeous bird Deanne, and what a brilliant photo that shows it off so superbly! I do so hope that the Orioles show well for you? Very best wishes and happy birding.

Steve.
