Rose-breasted Grosbeak (Pheucticus ludovicianus)

This is the lovely female. I always find is to interesting that some species are so very different between the sexes. She also has a beautiful wash of yellow-orange under her wings.

Nice shot of the female Deanne. They are sometimes hard to pick out from all the others that look similiar.

Nice to see the female Deanne, a fine take - can just see a glimpse of the underwing colour on the boarder between wing edge and breast.
